As CRO for Barry's I was responsible for all ancillary revenue, retail partnerships, and licensing. I architected, brokered and negotiated global partnerships, franchises, activations and licensed rights across more than 50 global partners in 23 counties across more than 85 locations. Most of these partnerships involved merchandise, physical retail activations, brand experiences and brand campaigns.
